Adam Cole is a London based chef who enjoys creating cuisines and dishes influenced by flavours and his travels around the world. Based in West London he creates his own recipes and promises to cater dishes and menus for all occasions, whether its a bespoke set menu for a birthday or a dirty burger off the BBQ, he’s got you covered.
Adam began cooking from a young age with his earliest memories watching and learning from his Grandad as a boy. Food was a central feature in his large family while growing up and his mum was an excellent cook who passed on her skills to him. Adam began to take the cooking more seriously when his job as a cameraman took him all over the world in his early twenties. He became obsessed with the cultures and flavours he experienced and began to put their influences into his own recipes. He cites his best ‘cooking school’ as travelling around South America just before 2020 and staying with local families and learning from them. These days he loves nothing more than cooking for friends and family, experimenting with flavours and seeing the joy it brings.
